When you think about construction, “fun” and “positive experience” usually aren’t words that come to mind. Time and time again you hear horror stories about delays, finishing grossly over budget, poor communication — the list goes on. I want to change all of that, which is why I started Trancas Builders.
Both of my grandparents were entrepreneurs and raised me to always chase after my dreams. My love for the trade, desire for perfection, attention to detail, and broad range of knowledge made me confident I would eventually set out on my own. So, after spending almost a decade under the wing of other top-notch contractors and completing hundreds of successful projects, I knew it was time. I opened Trancas Builders with goals of changing stigmas surrounding construction and home renovations, incorporating true California beauty into each build, and providing an incredible — and stress-free! — client experience.
